Job Purpose: As the Sales Coordinator in Easy World Automation LLC, you will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team by managing customer relationship management (CRM) activities, ensuring efficient lead management, facilitating sales processes, and providing administrative support. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, effective communication skills, and the ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously.
Duties/Responsibilities:
· Create opportunities in the CRM system and assign them to the appropriate sales representatives, ensuring prompt follow-up and tracking.
· Collect monthly forecasts from the sales team, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
· Provide support to the sales team during their leaves, ensuring continuity in operations and customer service.
· Register end-users and companies in the CRM system and ERP system respectively, maintaining accurate records.
· Prepare and distribute minutes of sales meetings, documenting key discussions, decisions, and action items.
· Facilitate vendor registration processes, both through forms and online portals, ensuring compliance with company procedures.
· Provide support to the sales team in various sales-related tasks, including but not limited to order processing, quotation preparation, and customer inquiries.
· Assist in organizing marketing events such as exhibitions, trainings, and other sales-related activities, contributing to the overall success of the events.
· Assist customers with their inquiries via phone calls, appropriately filtering and assigning accounts as necessary for follow-up by the sales team.
· Manage product registration IDs as required, ensuring timely issuance and accurate record-keeping.
