The Inside Sales Specialist will play a key role in driving revenue growth by managing inbound inquiries, proactively engaging new prospects, and supporting the sales pipeline. This role involves understanding customer requirements, recommending suitable technology solutions, coordinating with field sales teams, and ensuring a seamless customer experience throughout the sales cycle. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, tech-savvy, and skilled at building long-term relationships.
This will include managing sales leads by following up on inbound requests and telephone inquiries from customers and updating the CRM system regularly.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing customers through timely responses, proactive follow-up, and excellent service.
- Handle sales inquiries received through website chats, emails, and inbound calls, ensuring all leads are attended to promptly.
- Proactively pursue new leads, understand customer requirements, propose suitable solutions, and close deals effectively.
- Develop a solid understanding of product features, benefits, and value propositions.
- Support in creating standard templates and response formats to ensure high-quality, consistent communication with customers.
- Assist in maintaining customer reference lists, testimonials, and success stories as guided by the reporting manager.
- Process customer purchase orders and coordinate with the logistics team to ensure on-time delivery.
- Serve as the first point of contact to guide customers on basic product selection based on their needs.
- Schedule face-to-face meetings between potential customers and Outside Sales Representatives.
- Collect customer surveys, record and analyze complaints, and support the implementation of corrective actions.

Education and Experience:
