Job Purpose:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our team in the UAE . The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving business growth, generating leads, and expanding market share for Industrial Networking, Automation and Data Communication Solutions.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Business Development:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the automation, industrial, and technology sectors in the UAE.
- Generate leads through a variety of channels including direct outreach, networking events, cold calling, and online platforms.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to understand their needs and present tailored automation solutions.
- Research industry trends and market conditions to identify growth areas and customer needs.
- Conduct market analysis and competitor research to stay ahead of trends and identify new revenue opportunities.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
- Provide ongoing support to clients post-sale to ensure successful implementation and long-term satisfaction.
- Upsell and cross-sell additional services or products to existing clients.
- GCC travel will be required as a part of the profile.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent Network and Relation in UAE in the Oil and Gas, Utility and Manufacturing Sector.
Education and Experience:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Automation, or related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 3-10 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role within the automation, engineering, or technology industry.
- Proven track record of generating leads, building relationships, and successfully closing deals in the UAE market.
- Deep understanding of automation solutions, technologies, and industry trends.
- Familiarity with the UAE’s industrial sectors, such as Energy, Oil and Gas, manufacturing,
- Arabic speaker will be an advantage.
